The Festival Internacional Cervantino is the most well-known artistic and cultural festival of Mexico and Latinamerica.

Since 1972 the Cervantino has been held in Guanajuato, a city founded in 1546 and declared an UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988.

The 35-year-old festival has always brought together cultural presentations from all parts of the world. This year the event's special guests are the people and cultures of Catalonia, Spain and Campeche, Mexico.

The Cervantino presents a great opportunity to come experience and enjoy the best of international dance, music, theater, visual arts and cinema.
