 Located just across the border from El Paso, Texas Ciudad - Juarez is home to a hard-working population of almost 2 million.
The city is also the base of Mexico’s largest maquiladora industry (a maquiladora is a factory that imports materials and equipment on a duty-free and tariff-free basis for assembly or manufacturing and then re-exports the assembled product, usually back to the originating country).
As a result of the boom in industry the town has grown substantially, as has the demand for cost-efficient homes from people coming to the city to work.
