Living in Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo

Print E-mail

ImageIxtapa is a modern, Government-planned luxury world-class resort that was formerly a coconut plantation.

It has all-modern constructions, vast and well kept gardens and a large residential area that is located away from the hotel zone. Its bay is wide and it is one of the places to admire a spectacular sunset.

Neighbouring Zihuatanejo is also quite touristy but a little more laid back, with an easy-going coastal ambience.
