Much of Mazatlan’s nightlife is located around Fiesta Land. There’s everything from sports bars to karaoke bars, beach clubs and piano bars, to discos and dance bars, even midnight romantic strolls along the beaches.

Starting with Northern Mazatlan, this area is a relatively young beach front suburb stretching along the beautiful and uninterrupted Sabalo Cerritos Beach between the New Mazatlan Marina and Brujas Point. Nuevo Mazatlan, as the area is called by the locals, is very laid back and home to many hotels as well as condominium and housing communities located either right on the beach or a short stroll away. Being a mere 10-minute drive north of the Golden Zone, Mazatlan’s hub for dining, shopping, and entertainment, Nuevo Mazatlan offers great quality of living and tranquil surroundings with quick and easy access to the key Mazatlan’s attractions and entertainment. So whatever you choose to enjoy or savor you are within access by car, public transportation or on foot. Real estate prices for beachfront condominiums start in low US$300’s with an average price in mid US$400’s.

Marina Mazatlan

Marina Mazatlan is very conveniently located between the Golden Zone and Northern Mazatlan and it offers easy access to both the beach and the main Mazatlan attractions.  The Marina is a vast area that stretches around the many canals of the port. It has a lot of residential areas with a wide variety and style of house and condominium complexes. Many of the harbor-front residential neighborhoods offer optional boat slips to its inhabitants and therefore are an exceptional real estate option for boat owners, who enjoy having the convenience of the Marina and its facilities at their doorstep.
