Shopping MonterreyFor more urban pastimes, Monterrey offers the Planetario Alfa, a high-tech complex that includes an observatory, an aviary, an IMAX giant screen theatre, science garden and interactive displays that make this a great, relaxing get-away, with its especially tranquil setting and beautiful architecture. In terms of shopping, Garza Garcia offers some giant malls with every kind of store and multi-theatre cinemas to boot, the Plaza Comercial La Fe and the Plaza San Pedro being two of the largest.
