Service Provider Privileges

Would you like to sign up to become a Certified Service Provider with SolutionsAbroad? Register here to begin! There are many roles you can purchase with SolutionsAbroad that offer a variety of privileges and features. However, you can get started for FREE by signing up as a Basic Service Provider. Businesses registered as Basic Service Providers receive a free listing in our Business Directory as well as all the benefits offered to SolutionsAbroad members, which are listed in the previous section.

A step up from Basic Service Provider are the various roles offered under the heading of Advanced Service Provider. The following is a list of the names of these roles and the features each offers.

• Service Provider Advanced. The first step up from a Basic Service Provider, the SP Advanced role (and all roles hereafter) receives entry into the Service Request system set up by SolutionsAbroad. The Service Request system begins with a premiere entry in our business directory. This entry includes the Submit Request button next to each of the service types showing in your entry. This facilitates ease of communication between your business and all of SA's members. Each member will then have a record under their My SA of each communication with your business and will also be informed of their progression through the process of buying your product or service. The My SA is also set up for members to quickly and easily manage numerous service requests, predisposing them to prefer the services of businesses who participate in the Service Request system.
• Service Provider Realtor. In addition to receiving all the benefits of an Advanced Service Provider, Realtors also acquire the additional benefit of posting real estate listings in the SolutionsAbroad MLS, which are visible to all users of the site. From the My SA, realtors have the ability to post, manage and update real estate property listings. From a member's standpoint, listings found in SA's MLS are easily "bookmarked" by a few simply clicks, which results in properties being tagged and pulled aside to that member's My SA, where members can easily return to those properties in a future session.
• Referring Coordinator. The Referring Coordinator role is designed for real estate brokers in charge of multiple real estate agents. The added feature of this role is the ability to create and manage sub-roles within your My SA. In order to organize and delegate a multitude of service requests received by your business through SolutionsAbroad, the Referring Coordinator role is set up so that you can create sub-accounts for each of your real estate agents. We have set up the RC role to automatically assign incoming service requests to available agents, but the Coordinator has the ability to reassign requests to any other agent. Additionally, the Referral Coordinator is able to monitor the progress of service requests of all agents through the My SA.
• Developer. This role has all benefits of the Realtor role with the addition of features designed to cater especially to developers. The Developer role has the ability to list not only properties but also developments in the SolutionsAbroad MLS. Additionally, the My SA allows you to map a variety of properties to each development, making MLS searches by users more effective and allowing you greater organizational and management capabilities in your My SA.

How Can I Sign Up?

Signing up is easy! Service Providers can click here to start the registration process. Members can begin the same process here. Once you complete the registration process, members can use the site immediately. However, our Certified Service Providers must await approval by the administration team of SolutionsAbroad. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to the contact email address that you provide with your registration. Be sure to check your junk mailbox just in case our email was accidentally desposited there. Please mark SolutionsAbroad as an approved sender in your email account so that you don't miss any important messages from us, especially regarding service requests or service providers.

Then What? Where do I start?

It's easy to get started through the SolutionsAbroad site. The My SA is a great place to begin, as it is designed to be your personal SolutionsAbroad headquarters and navigation portal. Search our forums to find out who is saying what about Mexico. Read some of the recent blogs, which offer an insider's perspective on a variety of cities and experiences in Mexico. Browse the business directory and create a service request of a company that provides a product or service you need. Meet other expats and make connections online through the Communtiy Finder. Find a second home or a villa in a new beach development through our MLS Real Estate Directory.
