Users are required to follow these guidelines.

SolutionsAbroad reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. It is the user's responsibility to read through, and familiarize themselves, with the rules.

• SolutionsAbroad is not responsible for any loss, injury or harm resulting from the use of, interruption of, failure of or defect of SolutionsAbroad. Users agree that they use SolutionsAbroad at their own risk.
• A user may not publish, post, upload or distribute: profanity, bigotry, defamatory statements, abusive statements, indecorous statements, sexually explicit material, or solicitations of any kind. SolutionsAbroad will notify the proper authorities if the need arises to keep the site clean and family-oriented. All users must do their part to protect minors from objectionable (as decided by SolutionsAbroad) material.
• Any attempt to use SolutionsAbroad as a forum for illegal activity will be stopped, the user banned and the proper authorities notified. Users are not allowed to mislead or deceive community members. A user may not advocate illegal activities through SolutionsAbroad.
• "Stalking" community members, or using SolutionsAbroad as a venue to perform such activities, is not allowed. Users may not post "real-world" information of others on SolutionsAbroad unless prior authorization is received. Users cannot harvest information about SolutionsAbroad users without their consent.
• SolutionsAbroad may not be used for commercial purposes unless authorized by SolutionsAbroad. Users may not post links to other sites, unless authorized to do so by SolutionsAbroad.
• No user may employ Trojan horses, worms, viruses or any other attempts to damage or disrupt SolutionsAbroad. Users may not perform any act committed to interrupt or knock "off-line" SolutionsAbroad.
• The Ask SAM section does not offer professional advice. They (SolutionsAbroad and any individual answering questions as Ask SAM) cannot be held accountable for any resulting damage, harm or injury caused through use of information received from the Ask SAM section. Users realize that SolutionsAbroad can use their posted questions (to the Ask SAM or otherwise) for any purpose.
• SolutionsAbroad does not offer legal advice, and information passed through the site should not be considered legally binding advice. It is merely general guidance. We will do our best to provide accurate, reliable information, but accuracy cannot be assured.
• Users agree that some technical difficulties may arise. If this happens, SolutionsAbroad will do its best to solve the problems, but will not be held responsible for any difficulties arising from the technical difficulties. SolutionsAbroad does not promise continuous uninterrupted service.

• SolutionsAbroad is not associated with the restaurants, or other companies represented on the site. SolutionsAbroad is not accountable for any harm or injury resulting from the use of the restaurants or other companies listed on SolutionsAbroad.
