Nature walks, boating, shopping and surfing are just some of the activities Nayarit provides the enthusiastic traveler.
San Blas On the outskirts of San Blas there are areas where you can go on nature walks, particularly the one known as Singaita, where you can observe migratory birds, as well as in the jungle surroundings of La Tobara.
Tobara This network of canals, surrounded by thick tropical mangrove swamps, is very close to San Blas. The roots of these trees are submerged in the water, thus creating a fantastic aquatic and terrestrial eco-system. The vegetation is infested with such animals as parrots, storks, doves, turtles, fish and even crocodiles.
